Learn how to set up SMS drip campaigns to drive engagement with your subscribers.
Similar to email drip campaigns, SMS drip campaigns are an excellent way to connect with your subscribers on an ongoing basis without having to constantly create and send messages. Drip campaigns only need to be set up once upfront and then they work for you in the background to engage your contacts.
Taking some time to set up an engaging, entertaining or helpful drip campaign is worth every minute! Here’s how you can set it up in Cloudphone.com:
On the desktop version:
- Sign into your Cloudphone.com account.
- Select Texting in the left-side navigation menu.
- Select Drip Campaigns and then New Drip Campaign.
- Create a name for the drip campaign.
5. Enter the message into the first submission box and select the number of days and minutes you want the first text to be sent after a subscriber opts-in to your campaign.
6. Click the plus sign to add more follow-up texts.
7. Save by clicking “Create Campaign” in the top left corner.
On the mobile version:
- Sign into the Cloudphone.com app.
- Select Messages from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Text Marketing.
4. Follow steps 3 through 7 above.
Assign a Drip Campaign to a Subscriber List
On the desktop version:
- Sign into your Cloudphone.com account.
- Select Subscribers in the left-side navigation bar and then My Subscriber Lists.
- Scroll down to Text New Subscribers and select Start a Drip Campaign.
- Select the Drip Campaign from the drop-down menu that you would like to assign to this subscriber list.
- Don’t forget to click Save Changes to save.
On the mobile version:
- Sign into your Cloudphone.com app.
- Select Messages from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select TextMarketing.
- Select My Subscribers.
- Follow steps 3 through 5 above.
